With more than two decades of experience in industrial systems, engineering design, and wood products manufacturing. Kelly Hoyer founded Hoyer Industrial to provide practical solutions backed by real-world experience.
Throughout his career, Kelly has worked with lumber mills, pellet plants, manufacturing facilities, and OEM equipment suppliers across the western united states, helping customers improve reliability, efficiency, and performance.
His background combines engineering, technical sales, project management, and field commissioning, providing clients with a unique perspective that bridges operations, maintenance, engineering, and procurement.
